Comprehensive Orthodontic Evaluation

Dr. Christopher Gregoire will conduct a thorough orthodontic examination and personally discuss treatment options with you and your family.

Questions We’ll Address During Your First Exam

Your initial consultation is designed to provide clarity on key aspects of your orthodontic care, including:

• Is there an orthodontic issue that needs treatment?
• When is the best time to start treatment?
• What type of treatment is recommended?
• How long will the process take?
• What are the expected costs?

Moving Forward with Treatment

If treatment is recommended at your first visit, we will schedule an appointment for Diagnostic Records—which may even be completed during the same visit if time allows.

Understanding Diagnostic Records

Diagnostic records help us develop a precise treatment plan and include:

• Study models of your teeth
• Panoramic and cephalometric X-rays
• Detailed tracings for a comprehensive assessment

We will carefully review these records to determine the most effective course of action for your smile.

Treatment Costs and Payment Options

The cost of treatment varies based on the complexity of your case. During your initial visit, our treatment coordinator will provide a breakdown of fees and payment options.

We offer flexible payment plans to fit your budget and accept most insurance plans. Our goal is to make high-quality orthodontic care accessible to all patients.

What’s Included in Your Orthodontic Investment?

Your investment covers:

• Comprehensive diagnostic records, including X-rays, study models, and growth analysis
• Active treatment fees for braces or Invisalign, covering appliances, procedures, and office visits
• Durable appliances designed to last through treatment with proper care
• A set of final retainers upon completion of comprehensive treatment (Phase II)

What’s Not Included?

While we strive to provide comprehensive care, the following are not covered:

• Procedures performed outside our office (such as general dental work)
• Additional treatment due to accidents or injuries, which may require adjustments, TMJ therapy, or surgical intervention

Insurance and Assignment of Benefits

We accept assignment of benefits for most insurance plans, significantly reducing your out-of-pocket expenses. If your plan does not allow for direct assignment, we will gladly file claims so you can receive reimbursement. If your insurance policy changes at any point, please notify our office immediately so we can update your contract accordingly.

Office Hours and Appointment Expectations

We value your time and work hard to stay on schedule. Each appointment is carefully planned to complete necessary procedures, discuss treatment progress, and answer your questions.

• Arrive on time for your appointment
• Notify us in advance if you need to reschedule
• Be mindful of delays, as late arrivals can impact other patients’ scheduled visits
