Known for knowing everyone who walks through the door (and for asking if it’s 5 o’clock on Thursday… on Monday morning), Deidre keeps the team laughing all week long.
When she’s not crafting perfect smiles, you’ll find her relaxing on her bass boat — sometimes fishing, sometimes lost in a good book. Her perfect Saturday? Cozy by the woodstove with Stella the dog, Christmas movies on, and an iced peppermint mocha in hand. Stacy M.
Stacy is the definition of efficiency — productive, on time (unless Dr. Gregoire puts her behind schedule), and always ready to help patients get one step closer to their perfect smile! She’s part of the Gregoire Orthodontics dream team, helping every patient feel confident and cared for from start to finish. Around the office, Stacy is famous for thinking she’s hilarious (and honestly… she’s not wrong).
When she’s not keeping things running smoothly, you’ll find her exploring Maine’s great outdoors with her trusty four-legged sidekick, Rue — hiking, snowshoeing, chasing waterfalls, or soaking in ocean views. She loves both dogs and cats, keeps her day fueled with coffee, and has a unique talent for turning orthodontic wax into tiny sculptures (yes, really).
Her walk-up song? Woman of the World by Aerosmith. Her motto? “Let’s go girls!” — because Stacy’s all about teamwork, laughter, and channeling her inner Shania Twain every day.
Sabrina A.
If you asked Sabrina what she does here, she’d tell you that she “helps the orthodontist put braces on your teeth,” which is true… but it leaves out all the fun parts. Around the office, Sabrina’s known for being super helpful and for one legendary moment when she told the doctor, very matter-of-factly, that “everyone is replaceable… including him!” (We’re still laughing. He’s still recovering.)

Kady T.
If a 7-year-old asked Kady what she does here, she’d say she’s the “Universal Helper”—the person who solves problems, orders the dental and office supplies, works in the lab, handles 3D printing magic, and keeps the whole office running smoothly. Her superpower? Fixing literally everything. If it’s broken, confusing, or mysteriously blinking red, Kady’s already on it.

Outside the office, Lori is all about fresh air, fun, and family. She loves gardening, snowmobiling, boating, and spending time with the people she loves. Her perfect Saturday is a sunny day on the lake, relaxing on the boat with family and friends.

With a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of dental and orthodontic insurance, Tammy plays a critical role in helping patients and families navigate coverage, benefits, and financial responsibilities with confidence and clarity. She ensures accounts stay up to date, answers complex insurance questions, and makes sure nothing gets lost in the fine print.
Among her coworkers, Tammy is famously known for unknowingly matching outfits with another team member on a near-daily basis, a running joke that never fails to spark laughter. She’s especially loved for her steady, even-tempered presence and her ability to truly listen, helping even the most nervous patients feel comfortable. Around the office, Debra is well known for her jokes and for bringing energy and laughter to the team’s morning meetings.
When she’s not helping create confident smiles, Debra is happiest outdoors, riding her mountain bike through the woods or taking her motorcycle out for a spin. Her perfect Saturday includes sleeping in, eggs and toast, a vanilla latte, and making plans with family and friends. Fueled by buckwheat cereal with banana and vanilla almond milk, Debra lives by a simple motto: “Hey man, no worries — we’ll figure it out.”
